*Deposit USD $300 per person. Taxes and Port Expenses USD $210 per person & Gratuities USD $102 per person (will be collected with final payment on January 30, 2020). All the programs are private. Only travelers booked with Jaya Travel and Sky Bird will be allowed to attend the program. Third and fourth, travelers in cabins will pay USD $900 per person (suite cabin excluded). Single travelers in cabin pay 200%.
What is included in the fare?
Your fare covers: the cabin cost and all meals aboard ship. Taxes and Port expenses are $210 per person and gratuities are $102 per person. These fees will both be collected with final payment on January 30, 2020.
What things are NOT included in the package?
Drink packages, internet packages, excursions, airfare, transfers, and pre/post hotels.
What are the charges for the third or fourth travelers?
The third and fourth travelers cost $900 each. This does not apply to Suite cabins.
For suite cabins, the first and second traveler pays $2,990 each. The third and fourth guest in the suite will pay the prevailing rate of the cruise on the day the cabin is booked.
Do you offer discounts for infants or children?
If the child is the second traveler, you must pay the full adult price. If the child is the third passenger, you will pay a child fare. If the child is the fourth guest in the cabin, you will need to pay the additional $900 as stated above. Please note that infants under six months of age are not permitted to travel on the cruise.
Do you offer senior discounts?
Unfortunately, at this time, there are no discounts for seniors. We apologize for any inconvenience.
What sort of pre and post hotels do you offer?
Jaya Travel will reserve a group hotel block in Seattle. Room rates for this block of hotels will be available in late September 2019.
What transfers are available?
Jaya Travel will perform transfers and rates will be available in late September 2019.
If I book my own hotel or stay with a relative, can I use the transfers?
Unfortunately, transfers are only available for those staying with the hotels Jaya Travel has reserved. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Which Royal Caribbean Ship will host the cruise?
The Dhoom Dhamaka Cruise will sail aboard Ovation of the Seas.
What is the maximum number of guests per cabin?
The maximum capacity per cabin is four guests. If, for example, a family of two adults and three children wishes to book the cruise, this family will need to book two cabins.
Can we select our own cabin?
Yes! Call Jaya Travel at 1-877-359-5292.
How many passengers does the ship hold?
Ovation of the Seas can accommodate 4,180 passengers.
We want a cabin that is free from noise and reasonably comfortable. Which cabin is most comfortable?
While all of Royal Caribbean’s cabins are comfortable and free of outside noise intruding on your stay, if you wish to have as comfortable a stay as possible, we recommend Mid Ship cabins.
On which floors are the cabins located?
Cabins are located on Decks 2 – 10.
Do I need a Canadian visa?
Non-American and non-Canadian citizens will need a visa. Ask your Jaya Travel agent for more information.
Do I need a visa even if I do not go ashore in British Colombia?
Yes. While there are no immigration checks in British Colombia, you will need to present your visa in Seattle. If you do not possess a visa, you will not be allowed to board the cruise.
What if I have a H1B visa, a visa stamp on my passport, an expired visa, or an approval visa?
You will need to consult with your immigration lawyer to determine whether you are eligible to go on the cruise.
What types of food will be served?
Guests of the Dhoom Dhamaka cruise will have delicious Indian cuisine featuring vegetarian, non-vegetarian, and Jain dishes. Please note that guests are not restricted to only Indian cuisine. Vegan options are available upon request and must be made at the time of booking. There will also be dozens of other options available once aboard.
Can we dine at specialty restaurants?
Yes, you are free to dine wherever you choose. Dhoom Dhamaka guests are not limited only to the provided Indian cuisine.
What is the policy on cancellation and change in passengers?
After October 30, 2019, the deposit is non-refundable. Final payment is due January 30, 2020 and is non-refundable. Names assigned to the cabins may be changed until June 2, 2020.

Can internet packages, drinks, and excursions be booked in advance?
Yes! In fact, if you book them in advance, these options are discounted approximately 20%.
What is the dress code?
While there is no dress code, some venues may have theme nights such as masquerade so you may choose to dress accordingly. There is also a Cruise Captain’s Night in which formal attire is required.
What is the schedule for Jaya Entertainment Programs?
The final schedule will be available in late January 2020.
Can we disembark from British Colombia, Canada?
Yes. You may choose to disembark from Canada for an additional cost of approximately $80.00 USD per person. In order to arrange this, Jaya Travel needs to obtain advanced approval from Royal Caribbean at least 10 days before departure. No approval for Canadian disembarkation will be given if the request is made within 9 days of the departure.
